"Found another gem, Warren Zevon live from The Roxy 04 MAY 80.

This is a soundboard recording, and maybe the hottest show that I have ever heard. The person who sent it to me labeled it 5-4-80 The Roxy, but I have doubts.

At one point in the show, Warren says " I used to live in the hills above here", and then "every once in a while I could hear a roar from the amphitheater". Well, The Roxy isn't an amphitheater, but The Greek is. I think it might be The Greek Theater in L.A.

Oh well, like I said, it's one hell of a show. There is a slight tape warble as the show starts, but it goes away. Zevon was certainly high on something, because he can hardly contain himself.
